Allergy Shield Herbal Tea Blend

To use: Place 1/2 to 1 TBSP of herbal blend into tea infuser or directly into mug. Pour 8-10 oz of gently boiling water over herbal blend. Allow to steep for 10 minutes, covered. Remove infuser or strain loose tea through fine sieve. Add raw honey if desired.

Herbs may be steeped for a second time! To make iced, use 1 TBSP and add ice after straining. May also be steeped in large quantities, cooled, and placed in refrigerator to sip on over a few days.

Handcrafted with nettle, tulsi basil, lemongrass, skullcap, spearmint, elderflower, ginger, fennel, mullein (all organic). Approximately 30-40 servings of tea depending on amount used.
