Detox & Flow Lymphatic Herbal Tea Blend

Support detox, reduce inflammation and swelling, and enhance immunity.

These herbs, known as lymphagogues, aid in detoxification, allow the body to flush out toxins, support the body's lymphatic flow, and strengthen the lymphatic and immune system.

Handcrafted with ginger root, burdock root, peppermint, nettle, astragalus, calendula, dandelion leaf, red clover, echinacea, and cleavers (all organic). Approximately 30-40 servings of tea depending on amount used.

To use: Place 1/2 to 1 TBSP of herbal blend into tea infuser or directly into mug. Pour 8-10 oz of gently boiling water over herbal blend. Allow to steep for 10 minutes, covered. Remove infuser or strain loose tea through fine sieve. Add raw honey if desired.

**Herbs may be steeped for a second time! To make iced, use 1 TBSP and add ice after straining. May also be steeped in large quantities, cooled, and placed in refrigerator to sip on over a few days.
