How to use

To use: Best served iced! Place 1 TBSP of herbal blend into tea infuser or directly into mug. Pour 8-10 oz of gently boiling water over herbal blend. Allow to steep for 10 minutes, covered. Remove infuser or strain loose tea through fine sieve. Add ice. For hot tea: Use 1/2-1 TBSP of tea per 8-10 oz of water.

Herbs may be steeped for a second time! To make iced, use 1 TBSP and add ice after straining. May also be steeped in large quantities, cooled, and placed in refrigerator to sip on over a few days.

Ingredients

Nettle, calendula, oatstraw, lemon balm, horsetail, linden, tulsi basil, cistus incanus, hibiscus (all organic). Approximately 30-40 servings of tea depending on amount used.
