Magnesium is essential for over 300 reactions in the body and deficiency can lead to migraines, sleeplessness, leg cramps, fatigue, and, muscle soreness. This topical cream is an effective way to replenish magnesium without causing digestive issues. 

Some who are magnesium deficient may experience tingling at application site. Start with a pea-sized amount, recommended on soles of feet.   

How to use

To use: Apply small amount to stomach, back, legs, or feet 1-2 times daily. Can be applied directly to area of discomfort.

Handcrafted with shea butter, coconut oil, beeswax, arrowroot powder, magnesium chloride brine, essential oils: lavender, cedarwood, ylang ylang, chamomile, vetiver, vanilla.
