Brew this herbal apothecary favorite at home with apple cider vinegar and add honey to craft your own Fire Cider. Sip it as a wellness shot, mix into your favorite beverage, or splash onto your meals.

How to use

What you need:

16 oz Apple Cider Vinegar (Organic/Raw with mother is preferred)
1/4 cup of Honey (Local/Raw is preferred)
Quart jar with lid x 2
Parchment paper for metal lid
Mesh strainer or cheesecloth

Directions:

Place 1/8 cup (half of packet) into quart jar and pour in the apple cider vinegar.
Cover the jar with a piece of parchment paper to prevent corrosion. Screw on lid and shake well.
Shake daily and check after 2 weeks. May continue to infuse for 2-3 more weeks for a spicier Fire Cider. The longer it infuses, the spicier it will become.
Once desired flavor is achieved, carefully strain into another jar using the mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Add 1/4 cup of honey to Fire Cider (honey is optional).
Label jar and keep cider in a dark cabinet and use within 1 year from making.
Daily serving size: 1/2 - 1 oz of Fire Cider

Ingredients

Handcrafted with onion, garlic, astragalus root, ginger root, orange peel, turmeric root, and chili pepper flakes (all organic).
