Rest Herbal Tea is a soothing blend of time-honored botanicals traditionally enjoyed for their calming and relaxing qualities. How to use

To use: Place 1/2 to 1 TBSP of herbal blend into tea infuser or directly into mug. Pour 8-10 oz of gently boiling water over herbal blend. Allow to steep for 10 minutes, covered. Remove infuser or strain loose tea through fine sieve. Add raw honey if desired.

**Herbs may be steeped for a second time! To make iced, use 1 TBSP and add ice after straining. May also be steeped in large quantities, cooled, and placed in refrigerator to sip on over a few days.

Ingredients

Chamomile, lemon balm, peppermint, skullcap, passionflower, lavender, rose buds (all organic). Approximately 30-40 servings of tea depending on amount used.
